Rahul, who was addressing between 1,500 and 2,000 Congress supporters in a packed banquet hall at a Hounslow hotel, said that whilst giving a talk on politics at Cambridge University, he thought to himself “that it is quite strange that an Indian political leader can give a talk in Cambridge or Harvard university but cannot give a talk at a university in India”.
