India, Quad allies call for 'just' Ukraine peace, decry nuclear threat

India hasn't condemned Russia's actions in Ukraine yet, but it joined other Quad nations Friday in concurring that the use or threat of use of nuclear weapons is "inadmissible" and in calling for "just" peace, as US secretary of state Antony Blinken said aggressors can't be allowed to get away with their actions.
