An objectionable video, allegedly morphed, showing Shiv Sena MLA Prakash Surve and former corporator from Dahisar Sheetal Mhatre went viral, sparking yet another round of hostility between the Sena and the Uddhav Thackeray faction. Police have arrested two persons in connection with the case.
