Bihar SIR: Final electoral roll triggers war of words; opposition, NDA trade barb

The Election Commission released Bihar's final electoral roll. The opposition INDIA bloc sharply criticized the revision. They termed it a "sham" and alleged deletion of poor voters. The ruling NDA welcomed the list as transparent. NDA leaders countered "vote chori" claims. They noted the inclusion of over 21 lakh new voters. Many new voters belonged to EBC and Dalit communities.
